Life at Cross Keys
Cross Keys is an excellent home offering outstanding care facilities and a range of accommodation options for people with different needs and abilities.
Activities & Hobbies
Here at Cross Keys residents are encouraged and supported to engage in a wide range of activities, both within and away from the home. Community involvement has played a key role in meeting, developing and enhancing the recreational and social interaction needs of our residents.
Dreams and aspirations come in many shapes and sizes, with each having a massive meaning to that individual. “Being privileged enough to help support someone to realise a goal or aspirations is one of the most rewarding parts of the service we deliver her at Cross Keys.”
Food & Nutrition
Many foods bring many smiles to many faces, here at Cross Keys the menu is tailored around the individual wishes and preferences of the residents and where possible our ingredients are sourced from local producers.
Residents are supported and encouraged to be as independent as possible and this includes being involved in all aspects of food preparation and cooking, this is something that clearly bring a lot of pleasure and satisfaction to all those involved.
Our aim is to provide the very highest standard of care, and this is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work constantly to promote our residents’ skills and independence in this area and are mindful of their dignity at all times.

Cross Keys provides professional support and care for my brother on a daily basis. I can always call or even just knock on their door and receive a warm welcome. Since living at Cross Keys, my brother has grown in confidence and is so very settled and happy, thanks to all the dedicated and friendly Staff

I have over 11 years experience working in the Health and Social Care Sector. I started my career in 2008 as a Support Worker for Adults with Complex Learning Disabilities, progressing onto a variety of Management roles within Elder Care, Supported Living Services, Multi Site Management and currently as Registered Manger for two of our Specialist Homes for Adults with Autism, Physical Disabilities and Learning Disabilities.
I am passionate about providing Person centred Care for our residents at both Station Villa and Cross Keys ensuring that all the Care we provide is centred around each of our wonderful residents. Each home is unique in its own way providing a homely atmosphere welcoming family and friends to be part of all that we do. As a Manager I encourage growth and change for both our residents and staff to enable each person to achieve the best they can.
